| Spring/Summer 2012: Key dates for timetables | |
| April 9 | Sheridan will generate student timetables during the week beginning April 9, 2012. Your timetable could appear in myStudent Centre at any time during this week. |
| April 16 | Timetables previews for Spring/Summer 2012 available for all students (provided fees have been paid.) |
| April 18 | Timetable course add, swap and drop opens from 7am (Campus restrictions). Students can start choosing their electives as of April 18th and are encouraged to choose their elective by April 20th. Selecting your elective early will provide you with the most elective options. |
| April 30 | Cross campus course add, swap and drop opens |
| May 11 | Last day to add a course or swap a class online |
| May 18 | Last day to drop a course online |
To access your timetable – log into myStudent Centre with your user name and password*, and follow the instructions below:
- Click on the Enroll link under Academics
- Click on Weekly Calendar View – your timetable is date sensitive; fill in ‘Week of:’ as 05/07/2012
You can only view your timetable provided you have paid your fees. International students must have paid their fees and submitted their study permits in order to view their timetables.
Please note: It is sometimes necessary to make changes to timetables. Therefore, it is recommended that students check their timetable during the first week of classes to ensure they have the most up to date version.You may be required to choose electives for your program. It is important that you log into myStudent Centre before the start of term to confirm whether your program requires elective selection for this semester.
Make sure you are aware of the time and location of your classes. Some Sheridan programs have classes scheduled at more than one Sheridan campus. Please follow your timetable closely to be sure that you are familiar with the location of each class. (See the below illustration to identify the class location.)
